At MYKucing, we want you and your kucing to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return guidelines below.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened or partially consumed treats cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Return

Contact us at support@mykucing.my with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
